MalaMala Camp is a haven of understated luxury combining warm comfort and superb service with unrivalled views of the Sand River and surrounding bushveld. The camp is an unfenced oasis in the middle of the bush.
Mala Mala offers 39 536 acres of unfenced Big Five wilderness and world-class accommodations. This exclusive bush camp is positioned on the banks of the Sabi Sand River and is set amongst huge trees and rolling lawns.
The camp boasts 10 Luxury Suites, 8 Luxury Rooms, and 1 Single Room. Each room has en-suite bathrooms with double vanities, luxury bathroom amenities, air conditioning, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, and outdoor deck with spectacular views of the bushveld.
Family Rooms can accommodate a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children.
The camp facilities include a comfortable lounge, indoor dining room, historic bar, library with satellite television, complimentary internet connectivity, DVD player, a large wooden safari deck which is shaded by the Jackalberry trees and offers views of animals that come down to the river to drink; a large infinity pool that overlooks the river, a safari boutique, a small gym, and a massage service that is available on request. Mobile phone coverage and complimentary wireless internet connectivity are available at the camp.
Early morning and late afternoon games are offered at the lodge and are conducted in open 4x4 vehicles and led by professional rangers. There is never more than 6 people on a game drive, ensuring an exclusive safari experience.

Great planning and service
Great planning and service, and everything worked like clockwork. We booked an Inyari Lodge safari with air with Safari.com. it wasn't clear if there will be 2 or three of us, so with Candis' help we booked a family chalet for 2 and added the third later when it was confirmed he can come. Candis put us on flights that maximized our game drive time (unlike some of the other guests) so we got all 6 drives in 3 nights. The lodge was great. Especially the game drives. We saw more than we hoped for. Additionally, Safari.com's insurance was very competitive. Highly recommended.

Anja is awesome!
Anja is awesome!! She went above and beyond for me as I had several changes until I locked in my bucket list itinerary and then my friend cancelled. She wasn't mad and just went about cancelling her portion which saved me money in the long run. Anja is a true professional regardless and I have been dealing with her since Sept 2023. Cannot wait until my trip in Sept 2024.

Fantastic travel agent for African safari family trip!
Wow! Shann was and is fantastic! She figured out a way to make our entire trip work. We are going on a 2 week trip to South Africa and Botswana. She really helped tie it all together as a wonderful, cohesive trip. She is super nice and super smart and very knowledgeable. She is also flexible and thoughtful, etc., etc. When the chips were down (and we literally were considering pulling the plug on the whole trip), she found a way to make the entire itinerary work and got us excited about our wonderful adventure!
