Today you depart from Johannesburg's OR Tambo Airport on a flight bound for Arathusa Safari Lodge. Once you have landedl, you will be met and transferred on a short journey to Arathusa Safari Lodge. The Kruger National Park gate entrance fee is included in your package, so you can enjoy a seamless transfer.
After lunch and some relaxation, head out for your first game drive. Witness the abundant wildlife that makes Kruger National Park famous. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at the lodge, followed by a relaxed evening, around a crackling fire, under the African sky.
Each day begins with an early morning game drive, giving you the best chance to see the animals when they are most active. Your experienced guides will lead you to the best spots to view the park’s diverse wildlife.
After the drive, return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast, and spend the midday hours at your leisure. You can relax by the pool, enjoy the amenities of the lodge, or book additional activities.
In the late afternoon, embark on another game drive. Each safari is a new adventure, with potential sightings of the Big Five and more. Return to the lodge for dinner. The evenings are yours to unwind and soak in the tranquil ambience of the bush.
Start your last day with an early morning game drive followed by breakfast.
After breakfast, complete your check-out formalities at the lodge. Transfer back to the airport for your return flight to OR Tambo International Airport, bringing your memorable safari experience to a close.

Great planning and service
Great planning and service, and everything worked like clockwork. We booked an Inyari Lodge safari with air with Safari.com. it wasn't clear if there will be 2 or three of us, so with Candis' help we booked a family chalet for 2 and added the third later when it was confirmed he can come. Candis put us on flights that maximized our game drive time (unlike some of the other guests) so we got all 6 drives in 3 nights. The lodge was great. Especially the game drives. We saw more than we hoped for. Additionally, Safari.com's insurance was very competitive. Highly recommended.

Anja is awesome!
Anja is awesome!! She went above and beyond for me as I had several changes until I locked in my bucket list itinerary and then my friend cancelled. She wasn't mad and just went about cancelling her portion which saved me money in the long run. Anja is a true professional regardless and I have been dealing with her since Sept 2023. Cannot wait until my trip in Sept 2024.

Shann was beyond amazing
Shann was beyond amazing. Listened to our needs, communicated super-efficiently and gave really honest excellent advice. She was so patient, kind and professional. The time difference across the globe made no difference. I am so excited for the itinerary she has put together. Fantastic travel agent for African safari family trip!
Wow! Shann was and is fantastic! She figured out a way to make our entire trip work. We are going on a 2 week trip to South Africa and Botswana. She really helped tie it all together as a wonderful, cohesive trip. She is super nice and super smart and very knowledgeable. She is also flexible and thoughtful, etc., etc. When the chips were down (and we literally were considering pulling the plug on the whole trip), she found a way to make the entire itinerary work and got us excited about our wonderful adventure!
